All testing actions are conducted in the user's browser, and any photo, video or voice data generated during the test is stored in user's device memory. We do not record, store, trasnfer any photo, video or voice data.
We may use your computer's camera and microphone to capture contents of your camera and microphone for the sole purpose of showing them back to you. The sole goal for this action is to illustrate to you what third parties can see and hear when they gain access to your camera and microphone.
We can not and we will not access your camera and microphone without your permission. We will ask for your explicit permission to access your camera and microphohe. We will be able to acccess your camera and microphone only after you make all of the following actions in the following sequence: (1) you visit endspying.org, (2) you request endspying.org to perform a vulnerability test and (3) you allow endspying.org to access to your camera and microphone.
After you have granted endspying.org the access to your camera and microphone your internet browser may remember website permission settings you set. Next time when you visit endspying.org and request it to perform a vulnerability test the internet browser may allow us to access your camera and microphone without asking you to give endspying.org a secondary access permission because your internet browser may have remembered your primary permission settings with our website. You will be able to revoke your permissions you granted to us via your internet browser's settings.
We will access your webcam and microphone only when all of the following is true and is in the following order: (1) you have an active session on our website, (2) you request us to perform a vulnerability test, and (3) we can confirm with your browser that we have your permission to access your webcam and microphone.
Any contents of your camera and microphone that we caputure during your active session on our website will be permanently deleted immediately after you exit our website. We do not see, store, record, exchange, transfer or provide contents of your camera and microphone to any third parties at all times.
